3 DAY INDUCTION TRAINING

ON-SITE TRAINING

  • Candidates must write an aptitude test where the pass mark is 70%. If they do not pass, they will not be considered for further evaluation and all candidates must be 21yrs and older with a minimum of grade ‘C’ PSIRA registration, Matric/grade 12 Certificate and previous security
  • Preference will be given to PDIs, locally based individuals, married people with kids and responsibilities and also taking into account the broader employment equity
  • All shortlisted candidates will be fingerprinted, and a police criminal clearance certificate will be requested from SAPS and a copy of which will be presented to the client indicating that no guard has a criminal
  • Furthermore, all shortlisted candidates will send to a Health and Fitness Doctor/Practitioner whereby health assessment and examinations will be conducted to ensure that our recruits do not suffer from any chronic illnesses that affect or hinder their performance on duty and a copy of the Health and Fitness certificate will be presented to the
  • All successful candidates will now undergo 3-day induction The training is conducted by a qualified training instructor that is PSIRA accredited.
  • During this period all the work for Grade C will be revisited, and in addition special focus will be given to discipline, communication, public relations and personal Furthermore, training will be provided on basic firefighting, first aid, and safety & health awareness.
  • On-sight induction, on- going on-job training will take place and will be tested on a monthly basis by security officers writing site knowledge tests, all security officers to obtain at least 80% in this test, and if not, further training concentration will be
